White Pines is nestled high on a private wooded lot, with breathtaking views of Little Lake Joe, a sought-after private bay on Lake Joseph.
Soak in the sun on the large dock with an assortment of Muskoka chairs to relax in. The kids can play in the sandy area by the shore or jump off the dock and swim in the crystal clear deep water, and play on the giant aqua lily pad. Take the kayak or stand-up paddle boards out to see more breathtaking views.
Choose to wind down on either the upper or lower lakeside deck and take in the tranquility of being on vacation at the lake.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the garden, with a breathtaking view of the lake. Take time to look and listen to the sound of nature, while birds sing, chipmunks and squirrels frolic along the rocks and hummingbirds’ flit around sipping nectar.
In the evening talk about your day while sitting by the campfire under the stars. Don’t forget to hit play and listen to music on the outdoor speaker system after lighting the tiki torches. The nightscape’s lighting makes it easy to take the stairs and path down to the lake to stargaze.
Cottage
Once inside this open concept log home with pine floors and walls you will immediately feel at home. You will find a high vaulted ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with magnificent views of the lake. A double-sided stone fireplace and pine furniture complete the Great Room.
The screened Muskoka room has charming wicker furniture, a gas fireplace and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the view of the lake. Enter the Muskoka room through the Great room or the Master bedroom.
The Master bedroom has a 4-piece ensuite with glass walk-in shower and double sinks, and get a good night’s sleep after a busy day in the luxurious Queen bed.
The stainless-steel kitchen has everything you need to entertain or prepare meals. Eat breakfast at the granite island or dine at the pine harvest table that seats 8. Open the French doors from the dining/living room to the upper level deck, complete with bistro umbrella dining set, wicker Muskoka chairs and spectacular view of the lake.
Follow the stairs up to the pine loft where you will find two bedrooms one with a Queen bed, the other with a Queen bed and a set of single bunk beds. A 3-piece bathroom complete with tile and glass shower is shared with these bedrooms. The laundry room is located on this level. There is a small home office and futon with a quiet area to catch up on any work you may need to do while away.
The lower level is where the fun begins, with a family room featuring a large flat screen satellite TV, a large collection of movies, PlayStation 3 that plays DVD’s and Blu-ray movies and games, air hockey, two video arcade games and wet bar. A huge pine games table is where the family can play with the large selection of family board games that are available.
A comfortable sofa and gas fireplace are the perfect place to read a book. A 3-piece bathroom with a shower completes this space.
Open the French doors to the lower lakeside deck where you will find a propane BBQ, with Muskoka chairs and a comfy sofa set and another spectacular view of the lake.
Fresh bed linens (bed & pillow protectors included), bath towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash will be provided for your stay! Bring your own beach towels!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Guest:
To cancel a reservation, the Guest must advise by email and receive a response confirming receipt of email before the cancellation is deemed accepted.
A Guest cancelling reservation 61 days or more before Arrival Date will have the deposit refunded, less a $250.00 administration fee and the 5% booking fee.
The Guest will receive an email 60 days prior to Arrival Date with a secure link to make his/her balance payment. Should a Guest fail to pay the balance 60 days before Arrival Date, the reservation will be treated as cancelled, and the Guest will forfeit their 50% deposit.
A Guest cancelling 1-59 days before Arrival Date will forfeit 100% of the Rental Fee. If the Property is able to be re-booked for the same rental period, 100% of the rental fee less a $250.00 administration fee and the 5% booking fee will be refunded to the original Guest.
Cancellations by Owner/Manager:
The Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel this Rental Agreement at any time, if for any reason the cottage property is not rentable prior to the beginning of the rental period, at which point all payments will be refunded to the Guest within 7 days of cancellation.
Should the Property not be available due to COVID-19 safety measures, or Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), all payments will be refunded to Guest within 7 days of cancellation.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit of the total reservation will be required once the rental has been approved.
The balance of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival.
